April   James Weir’s Book Release
Our very own Youth Director, James Weir, has written a novella which is being released this day. Undaunted Warrior is a work of Christian fiction about spiritual warfare and seeing yourself as God sees you. It will be available on Amazon.com and in a number of local bookstores soon.
 
Mon., April 8th  NA Group Meeting

We host an NA recovery group. They meet weekly in our Fellowship Hall. NA is open to people recovering from all types of addictions: drugs, alcohol, pornography, sex, gambling, etc.

Wed., April 10th  Ignite Youth
6:00-7:30 pm
Ignite is a weekly youth group gathering. Prepare for God to ignite your faith. They meet in the Fellowship Hall every Wednesday. Join them for food, music, prayer, and discussion about following Jesus. Invite a friend. Contact: James Weir (jweir@adventpres.com).

Adventurers is Advent’s group for “grand” adults. All are welcome to join them as they meet this month here at Advent Arlington. Lunch is served following the meal.

We have four age-differentiated classes which meet in the Christian Education Building on Sunday mornings. We have the Route 66 adult class, Ignite for students in grades 7-12, ACTS Jr. for the 4th-6th graders, and an early elementary class. We also always have a nursery available for toddlers and infants. All groups are open to guests and newcomers. Come join us!

Somebunny is having an Easter Egg Hunt! Come on out and learn the story of Jesus while hunting through thousands of eggs. The Easter Bunny will be there along with face painting and games. We will be serving pizza, salad, and lots of desserts for dinner. God loves HIS peeps!

It’s the bestselling book of all time… by far. It is the most significant book in human history. And yet, it seems so vast and complex that many are intimidated by it. Join us on Wednesdays for eight weekly gatherings as we go through the Bible, grasping it’s big picture composition, characters, places, themes, and message. All are welcome!
