Arlington - Our Vision
We envision a church of committed disciples who cause God great joy by sharing his love with others as we have seen it in Jesus Christ.
This is our central vision at Advent. And Advent has established a new church in Arlington with this vision in mind. We desire to reach out to the men, women, and children of Arlington, Lakeland, and surrounding communities with God's love. We are a people who find joy in being together and gather weekly for a joyful worship experience. We are making a place where families can grow in the Christian faith as we serve others and share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Children, Adults, and Worship
You can go to "Our Mission" to see the many ways we seek to cause God joy as a congregation. At Advent Arlington our focus is especially upon children's ministries, adult growth opportunities, and our weekly worship services. Our ministries are expanding as we grow.
Planning for the Future
We are located at 6176 Chester Street, half a block from the historic Arlington Depot Square. We are building new facilities for worship, education, and fellowship as soon as practical.
