Karate Kubs

Karate themed activities emphasizing safety and good citizenship using principles and skills of martial arts.
 
First Art

Have fun exploring art and different mediums.
 
Soccer Shots
June 17-19, l PM-4PM COST: $80
Learn Soccer fundamentals from Soccer Shots, in a fun and caring environment that is specifically tailored for the ages involved.

Biking Camp
June 10-14, 9AM-l 2PM 
COST: $60
Participants will learn bike safety, general bike
maintenance, and the basics of group riding
and formation. This camp will also travel off
campus for several Green Line rides. Campers must own a bike, bike helmet, and be able to ride a bike to participate.
*Advent hos a limited amount of bikes to loan. Participants need to bring a bike on the first day of camp. All bikes will be stored for the week at Advent.

Outdoors/Survival Camp
June l0-14, lPM-4PM
COST: $60
Campers will learn the safety and fundamentals of Riflery, Archery, and Fishing. They will get actual target practice time with an airsoft gun and recurve bow, and go on a fishing trip off campus. They will also learn and practice basic survival skills if ever lost or stranded in the wilderness.

Cooking/Ag Camp
June 17-21, 9AM-l 2PM) COST: $60
This dynamic camp will include both the picking and preparing of fresh produce, as well as learning, practicing, and developing basic cooking skills. The camp will be led by Chef and Gardener Corey Eubanks.

Create with different art media and learn new techniques using the creativity that God has given us.
 
Soccer Camp
June 24-28, 9AM-l 2PM COST: $60
Led by Brian Maness who played at Lambuth College, referees all levels of soccer, and has coached both recreational and competitive teams.

Learn basic Judo and Jiu-Jitsu throws, sweeps, and grappling taught by instructor Danielle Wilson.

Led by Advent’s own, Coaches Marlin McKinney and Brad Barnett. Participants will play and learn the fundamentals of basketball, baseball, and various other sports in a fun and caring environment.
 
Cheer/Tumbling Camp
July 8-l 2, l PM-4PM
COST: $60
Led by Advent’s own Leslie McKinney and Reagan Barnett. Participants will learn tumbling, gymnastics, and cheer skills in a caring environment.
 
Karate Kids Camp
July 15-19, 9AM-l 2PM
COST: $60
Living Sword Karate will lead Karate themed activities emphasizing safety and good citizenship using principles/skills of martial arts.
 
Play Camp
July 15-19, l PM-4PM
COST: $60
One of the most fun camps of the summer! Devotions, laser tag, putt-putt, swimming, bowling, going to the movies, sports and the like are just some of the amazing activities that will be a part of the week. This camp will travel off campus.

Jr. High Eagle Rock Camp
July 12-16, COST: $350 Certainly one of the best camps in Tennessee. Resting in the top of the Smoky Mountains in Tallassee, Tennessee, each camper is sure to meet God, and have a blast doing it. Among some of the listed activities are devotions, worship, small groups, canoeing, tubing, biking, rappelling, paint ball, etc. For more information and forms, please visit:
