Aerobics
The CLC offers an Aerobics class that meets on Monday and Friday mornings. They are taught by Nancy Garrison, who is a certified fitness instructor. The classes range are low impact & include the use of equipment such as weights, balance balls & and bands. Nancy is certain to keep the energy high as she makes fitness fun and enjoyable.
Your first class is free, so come check it out! After your initial class, the cost is $32 for a 12 session punch card or $4 per individual class. The classes are open to the community, so be sure to bring a work out buddy!

There is no need to make an appointment or sign up. Just come by the CLC at one of the times listed above & you can make your payment & begin your workout at that time.
