Peter's Risk
Peter believed and stepped out on to the water when Jesus called him. Despite being willing to take the risk he still had doubts and when he looked around he became fearful and started to sink. Only when he looked back to Jesus did find that he was safe. We often take our eyes off Jesus when we follow his call and find ourselves in troubled waters. When we accept the risk that Jesus calls us to we will be safe so long as we keep our gaze fixed on Him.

Throughout the bible we see people who took a risk to follow God's call on their lives. In each case, what seemed risky, turned out to be a place of thriving.
