Abraham's Risk
Abraham trusted God to provide even though he was asked to risk the life of the very son God had promised him. Like the Son who was sacrificed for our sins, Isaac carried the wood and willingly gave himself for the sacrifice but God had another plan and provided the sacrifice in the form of a ram. God tests His people to prove and strengthen their faithfulness to Him. - Faithful believers obey the Lord by surrendering the best they have when God asks. - Faithful believers obey God by knowing He will provide. - The same God who tests is the same God who provides
