God Will Handle It
It's tempting to tell someone going through a rough time that God will not give them anything they can't handle. Not only does this advice NOT appear in the bible but Paul even recounts that he and Timothy faced trials that he said they could not handle. Instead Paul relied on God to handle it and we can follow Paul's example and accept that there are often things outside of our ability to manage and we must also fully rely on God.

We've all received bad advice and we've all given bad advice. It can be hard to tell the good from the bad until we experience the consequences but if we put our trust in God we can be sure that He will not lead us astray.
