A Foundation That Holds Matthew 7:24–27 ESV Only a life built on Jesus Christ will stand when the storm comes. It is easy to stop halfway in our journey but it is essential to keep going. We can't just be satisfied with hearing the gospel we must fully live the gospel everyday. We can't just create an image of strength for ourselves we must do the work to actually be strong in our faith.

In Matthew we have the longest recorded sermon of Jesus. He addresses things like how to deal with relationships, managing conflict, setting priorities, and using money well. We will walk carefully through these teachings of Jesus and ask ourselves, “what would it look like to really live the way Jesus teaches us to?"
