We are an important part of God's plan for the work but we must acknowledge we each have different Gifts and that work together with the gifts of others. Most importantly we must let go of the idea that we must do the work ourselves and let our gifts blend with the gifts of others. Finally, we must understand that all the gifts in the body of Christ still need the power of God to be made whole.
