Philippians Chapter 2 - Paul exhibits joy because of the relationships - We often do relationship wrong - Paul’s principle of relationship is the kenosis or emptying of self. (side note - emptying yourself is the key to fulfillment in your whole life not just relationships) - We are wired for relationship from the beginning so it makes sense that investing in relationships is sure way to build long term joy

We are in a seemingly endless search for happiness and it can be pretty fleeting. Instead we should put practices into our lives that lead us to the Biblical concept of joy. The book of Philippians will guide us in this journey.
