Watch Your Mouth
As Christians we cannot cling to our old self and our old ways of speaking. Ephesians tells us that our speech should build others up, that it should be a benefit to all those who would listen. So, we must give up the rage, and the bitterness of the world around us and speak out of love.

Ephesians is a letter from the Apostle Paul to the church he planted in Ephesus. They are growing but have lost some of the fire they had for God. Paul reminds them that they need to grow in Gods vision for their lives.
