Caz Minter
LEAD PASTOR
Caz Minter serves as Lead Pastor of Advent Presbyterian Church in the Memphis area, where he has led since 2021. He is a seasoned pastor and leader with a passion for helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus and for building healthy, mission-focused church communities.
Known for his relational leadership style and clear, Scripture-centered teaching, Caz brings a heart for discipleship, spiritual formation, and equipping others to live out their faith in everyday life. At Advent, he has helped lead a renewed vision for reaching the Memphis community, strengthening families, and developing the next generation of leaders within the church.
